Insight Terminus / Kargan not counting as a Cabal Boss
While trying to complete the Honor Among Thieves Quest, during the "Farm To Table" step you are required to defeat 2 Cabal bosses in strikes. In doing so, I was playing the Insight Terminus strike. However, after defeating Kargan, I did not get the rations needed to progress in that quest.
