Can't Check Seasonal Progress and Can't Claim Last Season's REwards

I don't know if it's something wrong on my end, but I've tried to claim my season of dawn rewards from bungie's website on both chrome and explorer on my computer, as well as safari on my phone. each time it says, "There was a problem loading Destiny data. This error has been logged and will be investigated. If you continue to encounter this error, please post in the Help Forums. In some cases, it may work to click 'Retry'." Anyone know what I can do to claim my rewards before it is too late?

  • I had the same problem using firefox, i fixed it by logging in from a different browser

  • Hi there! Can you try the following: - Go to Seasons on the top of the site, then click on the current season. - On the next page, there should be a small notification at the bottom telling you to track your progress. Click that. Do you see the same problem?
