For when you are surrounded by 40 nightmare thrall and the game believes it would be in your best interests to try and punch one of them

I liked this a few days ago but I want to specifically iterate how aggravating it is to use a trench barrel cqc and peg a Cabal on the forehead from a foot away with a smoke bomb rather than actually melee.
