Frankly, I'm sick of the Cabal. Let this season be the last of their major importance and have them splinter off from the rest of the empire similar to Calus.

Honestly (like everything in this franchise) they had potential They just got milked dry by incredibly shaky hands if that makes sense?

I don't know if it was milked so much as they were just underdeveloped or misused. Garry, for example, was a great antagonist whose character does a complete 180 in the last mission and ruined his potential, though if they pull a Red Skull on him then maybe it will redeem him a bit (or at least make the ending feel less of a deus ex machina). They didn't really have any business in the Mars arctic either, and Spire of Stars could've been expanded to its own mini story before leading up to the raid itself. The only real part I feel was milked was this season and the Almighty. Should've just been reduced to a strike if you ask me.

Honestly Val Ca'uor probably could've held an entire campaign based off what little we got from him in the lore Hell he should still be alive, leading the red legion from an unknown location or something

From the little I know of him, he sounded like a mini Ghaul. Very capable leader and charismatic in the Cabal sense, but made the stupid choice of trying to challenge Calus head on. Here's to hoping Calus's daughter (whatever her name is) makes the Cabal a legitimate threat again, after (if) we're done dealing with the pyramids though.
