Why don't all exotic weapons have a catalyst?
Title
Seems kind of unfair, even for the multikill orb generation but every exotic weapon should have one. Why is this not the case?

2 RepliesA tremendous lack of imagination on bungies behalf. Man, the things I would do (try do) if I was allowed work as part of the Destiny team. I don’t even need my Computer Game Development qualifications to know what the game needs.
