This is beyond unfair to say the least
Got banned one month ago, didn't even cheat. Sent ticket, got no reply.
Checked the cheaters I found in pvp through my game history and they are still playing. My clanmate even streamed that day and we had footage of them cheating ( we even reported them ).
How come I'm the one getting a permanent ban? Is this a joke?
