You missed out, use to be god tier. got recently nerfed. Yet they could not fix divinity still making the rounds bounce off... typical Bungie nerf it before fixing it...... Pairs well with Perfect Paradox. Chest slot of grenade launcher reserve and heavy weapon reserves max out the reserve amount for Anarchy while giving Perfect Paradox 1 short of max reserves unless you got the god roll with field prep then its max reserves. Perfect Paradox, Not Forgotten, Anarchy is my favorite PvE load out. Does a good job at cracking some heads and even has enough stopping power to kill master rank champions with out their corresponding modifier mods. I know none of those weapons are exactly in a garden variety guardian's weapon cache, but they mesh well if you got them. & if you dont have a Perfect Paradox a curated Threat Level does the trick.

    2k per tick on bosses of damage loss, 7k from 9k. Thats not nothing, also dealing seasonal mod damage. sure that last part was a bug. but it still technically received 2 nerfs. In addition to not gaining the benefit of faster reload when the drum is empty as its arch type should have. And yea if you happen to read this yes anarchy did anti-barrier, overload, and unstoppable damage. Thankfully its damage still counts as melee damage so that part still functions. It was better then iza's for master content, undisputed granted only because it was not working as intended. and even then it was never common knowledge. Before all this it was the king of raid damage with auto loading wells and MT. This gun has had a beautiful run and is still a solid heavy choice.

  • The nerf wasnt that bad compared to the other nerfs we got, is what I'm saying. I dont recall anyone using anarchy back in the auto loading days, since it didnt benefit from auto loading

    You can go ahead and google it. Mt+ Anarchy /auto loading well was the highest raid output. I remember that load out it was technically the highest dps load out but only if you have tractor cannon. The the theory craft fell in because you could stack all 6 players the the mt/anarchy combo, as the swarm builds always had one guy be the debuffer, like how when you have the divinity guy in the raid his damage is minimal but if buffing every one else. So yea if we are splitting hairs here is was inferior IF you have one person keeping the TC up, but as a raid 6 people over all damage output was greater then 5 + one debuffer. and if you had no TC in the raid it was automatically worse.

  • I honestly do not remember that. For crown, last wish and levi everyone ran swarm + tractor, then for sotp everyone ran DARCI. Only time anarchy was used was for deception.

    well yea swarm was super meta, and main streamed. and the logic/math was based apon the idea you were not nerfing one person output to buff the others. i mean they were dead close. and the difference was 6 ppl all doing crazy damage vs 5 people doing insane damage and 1 guy well scrubbing out the meters.

    or MT, ooo boi..... i did that before the nerf. 1k grenadelauncher kills, 500 multi kills, then some medals i think it was 200. But end point being this poor guy that started the post missed out on its glory days.

  • Same... stayed up for 30hrs straight doing those stupid nade launcher kills with luna rift + well... I still remember my final multikill to finish the quest...
