Osiris and Drifter are the main contenders. Osiris is likely the strongest for obvious reasons. Drifter because not only has he embraced Light and Dark (walking a Taken King path), he doesn't flaunt his power, yet has the eye/ear of the major players in the big game, including The Nine, who pretty much acknowledged both him and Osiris along with Mara.
