2 and 3 maybe because they are new light they don’t own the season so don’t own the artifact? So no champions mods and probably no masterwork weapons to make orbs. 8 and 9 just sounds like everyone when I play control lol.
And 11, experienced players know there’s no incentive to make PEs heroic so they burn the boss while no names try to figure out how to make it heroic but lack gear to do so lol.

If they didn't own the season pass would they be able to get to high enough light to do a Heroic Ordeal Nightfall in the first place? IDK... And Masterworking weapons is very cheap compared to armor, plus Exotic Catalysts turn their weapons into orb generators
