It would fail miserably.
Imagine mashing together randoms who have never done the raid before, don't have a mic, or don't even speak the same language.
And then what happens if someone quits halfway in? Does matchmaking have to apply to EVERY instance of the raid? How would that work?

Lol I was trying to help a 12 year old do Zero hour. I couldnt keep him on task, he had hardlight for arc sheild duty, but he failed on many attempts.
