According to the game API, you have multiple deleted characters on your account. You also have cross save enabled, with your XBOX account as the primary set. It may be possible that your account was compromised. I would strongly urge that you change your password on both of your accounts and enable 2 factor authentication. Unfortunately, Bungie does not restore lost or deleted characters for any reason. Deleting characters requires you to hold a button for several seconds and can only be done in-game.
