Classified
My gear in my app on all 3 of my characters show as classified. The app can not see my gear. I can't transfer my gear between characters anymore which is the only reason I installed this app in the first place. Help please.

Hi there! Have you tried clearing the app cache? You can do so by clicking on Settings, then App Settings, then click on Delete Cache. For it to be effective, it would be better if you logged out of the app first.
