The PVP laurel generation side doesnt matter. You go into a 6v6 mode and you gonna get the laurels done no matter what. I main titan and I didnt make any special PVP setup for laurels, I just ran Burning Maul and the class item and got it done. Your team will also produce laurels for you and most of the matches there were more hunters than titans in my team, still got them done easy.

But it does though because only ability kills generate them. Titans can generate more ability based laurals than either class. Then multiply by additional titans per round. It all add up. By and large Titans don't [u]need[/u] to do any special setup. Their abilities simply allow for easier generation. Your post helped prove that point really.

Actually no it doesnt. If Im the only titan in a team with 4 hunters and a warlock I only get 3 laurels from the ones I produce and 1 from the hunters/warlocks. Might take one more match to get the PVP laurels done but its no big deal.

It does and the 3 people in this house have proved it. The other 2 are Warlock and Hunter mains. Titans can generate laurels that much easier than the other classes in pvp. It's not a bug deal [u]for that one match[/u]. But it's a bug deal when you multiply that by thousands. Your not looking at the bigger picture.

You need a flat 125 laurels and if youre a hunter youll get it in two matches as theres bound to be at least 3 hunters in a 6v6 team. In PVP hunters will finish the laurel part the fastest just with supers.

Outweigh yes. But they don't have the laurel generation that Titans do. Even 1 more Titan in a match increases generation. A hunter is not generating 125 laurels in 2 matches. Even if it's all hunters. It's pretty clear you haven't locked down how the even works. Thanks for your replies.

You clearly don't understand the power of -Six-shooter -Arc Staff -Spectral Blades Laurel generation is too insignificant to matter in the grand scheme of things, as medals per day were limited, and it only takes 2-3 hours at most no matter which class you play, to redeem all of those medals. Honestly, your son is smarter than you. Better solution though? When Bungie promotes toxicity and divisive behaviour in the community, just don't care.

Better at analyzing than me definitely. Which is why I posted it. Smarter is relative but the potential is there because his intelligence is high. [u]Smarter[/u] also implies a bit of real world experience and making informed decisions. He's still a bit of an impulsive 16yo. Those 3 subclass trees are the best for Hunters but by and large there the only 3. Almost every tree for Titans can generate faster and finish medals faster. I do agree that fostering this class competition is not healthy for the community.

125 laurels is 42 actually cause your class counts 3 each. 3 hunters in a match thats 12 each. Ok maybe youre not getting 12 super kills in a match but youll get them in 2 in 6vs6 where you get at least two supers per match. Melees and grenades are just a bonus.
