4) Cleaning the registry after every change with Ccleaner.
I restarted and tried launching CSGO after every attempt and didn't have success, however a day later after a number of restarts it is now working again (and the other broken software also).

thanks i am going to test it but it seems like its crashing after like 4-5 hours and then its crashing constantly with blue screen and so

That looks like the pattern of something overheating on the long run and/or voltage not being sufficiently constant
