@bungie - black screen, freezes and error codes(watercress)

@bungie I am now getting the error codes constantly and also getting black screened. I can go to the tower but the second I go into a game it freezes and black screens. Can you help with a possible fix? I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, reset my Xbox, reset my internet, forwarded my ports. Also have an alternate account and it works perfectly. I know it’s not my connection. It’s on your server side and on this account.

  • Hello. Thanks for your report. This is an error code that we're [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/255429769?sort=0&page=0]currently investigating[/url] but don't currently have a resolution to yet. We know it's a result of having too many "player sessions" opened. This basically means that when you quit Destiny 2, your session for that time played should go away, but this doesn't happen on Xbox.
