They have alot of options when it comes to nerfing snipers for PvP that would not effect PvE.
-Critical damage only de-scopes(cant have just taking damage as this would mess up PvE)
- Removed all skill bandwidth forgiveness stats accuracy & aim assist as these are precision 1 shot weapons, the best part is the people that defend snipers say it does nothing. Fine put your money where your mouth is an remove it!
-Increase flinch(by a very large margin)
-Add sway when scoped
-Reduce body shot damage
Lets be real though guys the true offenders are Revoker and Beloved. Infinite forgiveness or over 120 aim assist with a proper roll/mods. Pick your poison really, but they are just that poison to PvP.

Alright if snipers get a nerf then so do shotguns for non slug shotguns remove the the ability to roll any range perks on them and add a slide distance penalty

All great options Except everyone thinks they are good at the game because they can use snipers so I doubt the changes would come but I hope something is addressed

Remember the ice cold bucket of water titans got when OEM was nerfed into the dirt in unison with the arc tree being dealt with. They dropped off the map compared to when it use to be 4 stacks at high level comp. They had those 2 benefits I mentioned above for 10+months. It allowed for a larger majority that lacked the skill bandwidth to adopt a play style that was clearly broken as a "Normal". Something need to happen soon so the same type of issue does not happen again.

Add massive sway etc with subs and autos, I am no sniper but if we are gonna do this lets do it right, no unflinching, no sway reduction or aim assist, lets see how well folks keep a full auto on target Wont take long to see pulse rifles reign supreme

Only listing the ideas. They are possible options that can be tuned. Not pie in the sky ideas like all damage should de-scope.
