Hi there! Unfortunately, these codes were generated by the platforms to provide as part of the package and distributed to the publisher. Most of these codes have expiration dates applied to them. You will need to discuss this with your retailer and request a refund as they sold you a known “defective” product, as the code was expired, but you were not explicitly informed. The only place you can purchase Destiny: The Collection at this point is on the digital store.

  • They should’ve kept these online only in the first place. How is it that the retailer sold me a “defective” unit when they bought it just like I did? Sounds like some deep crooked false marketing scheme gone bad to me. Why can’t Bungie just admit they messed up and just provide me a valid code? They’ve already screwed enough consumers and retailers with this scheme. I am not going to put this on the retailer. We both already lost!

  • This is something, as I said, you're going to have to take up with the retailer, as Bungie did not generate these codes, nor did they sell you the bundle. Sorry.
