Hey there. Have you checked your spam folder for the email (it will be from Bungie Inc. <info@bungie.com>)? If so and still not able to locate it, you can use the contact form at the bottom of the [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=48099]Cross Save page[/url] and send them your order number and email address that you used to donate.

Heyy, I did check it multiple days past few days and still nothing. Thanks for the info <3 but sadly I didn't save the order number, didn't even get an email with the order because of blockade.

The Cross-Save contact form is specifically for the Cross-Save issues; submitting the form won't help anyone get their donation emblem faster.
