Hi there! The Wrath Trail armor set was ornaments to last season's season pass. There is no announcements as to when this would be made available outside of that track at this time.
I'm not sure where the Bloodrunner Sparrow can be obtained from.

No problem. Also, the sparrow you mentioned is quite possibly an Eververse Sparrow, so I would continue to monitor what becomes available in the Store tab, either for bright dust or silver, and see if it comes back into the rotation.
