Am 73 year old DoD Retiree with reduced hand mobility and enjoy game, primarily doing daily, Lost Sector, and few weekly bounties, poor controller skills make me unable to compete in Crucible, Gambit, most strikes, most heroic Lost Sectors, etc, I respectfully request you consider changing the Banshee weekly reward to perform the way the Clan rewards work - I believe that the many younger, older and physically disabled and part time players need a reasonable selection of bounties that permit them to modestly collect the unique rewards like enhancement cores that Banshee and Hawthorne provide since the rewards from the higher difficulty are not really available to us! As you know the enhancement cores and the higher level materials they can purchase are the ONLY way to upgrade weapons and armor. It takes me a VERY LONG time YEARS! to accumulate enough material to upgrade an armor piece or weapon and now you are talking about retiring these !! Thank you for your time and consideration - as long time Destiny and Destiny2 purchaser and supporter I appreciate all your efforts to make and support such a GREAT game.

Unlikely to happen. it has been this way since the beginning of destiny 2. You would be far better served changing the extra hunters to another class so you can get your full rewards each week.
