Bungie bases everything in the game around the top 1% players.
Anything that has an economy, they base the prices off people who play destiny 2 as a job.
This means the prices are sky high for the average player.
The only voices they hear are the well known ones; the unknown people like you and I don't matter.

That is simply not true. If it was the best gear would only be availible in highend activities like raids, gm Nfs etc.

Got armor with 60 plus stats out of prime engrams even as high as 65. Ok Raids give good armor but they are not only for the top 1%. They are far from beeing as exclusive as trials. This set aside I meant weapons. I should have been more precise in my wording.

My Primes are dropping 61-67 for me.

It is true. Without buying season pass and/or shadowkeep it is very hard to progress.

Not true. My friend who doesn’t have any of the content from the last year got to 1000 from 700 in a few days of leisure play

Wrong. It is possible to level up. But without season pass progression is much slower and you will have a hard to e getting resources. Also without shadowkeep you can’t get new armor even if you bought the last season. Also master working armpit is much slower because you don’t get the free ascendant shards. You really shouldn’t lie to people. Yes the game is pay to improve your chance to win.

Yes I read exactly what you said. Yes you can get power level up without season pass. Listen to what I am saying. It’s much harder without the season pass for a multitude of reasons. You are also at a big disadvantage because several weapons and armor are not available to you with both shadowkeep and season pass. It’s really simple what he said as well as what I am saying.

And that’s still not Pay to Win. There is no advantage to being a higher light level except in end-game content. And that’s not Pay to win either, it’s been that way for 6 years

Yes it is. You don’t have access to high level armor with great stats without pass. Also can’t even get several of the best weapons . I am done discussing. You seem to lack any ability to reason. Last I checked, hardlight isn’t a dlc weapon, and 90% of the PvE meta is free. I feel like you just echo what you see others say on here, just so you can hate on the game

Materials are very hard to get without catalyst so you can’t masterwork your armor which leads to lower stats. Game is pay to help you win. It’s really simple to understand if you aren’t close minded. Good luck getting ascendant materials without pass. You have no access to dungeons which make getting materials very easy. Etc, etc.[/quote] Doesn’t matter. None of the new armor or weapons are meta. You won’t have a disadvantage at all. You can get materials by doing nightfalls, which are accessible to everyone. Dungeons don’t help that much. I rarely do them and I’m WAY above you. I also haven’t done many raids either. And prime engrams drop at stats higher then the season pass gear.

If you dont have shadowkeep or forsaken you can get none of those weapons or armor. Go look at your loadout and recognize what you could t get without passes and or dlc. Looked at your loadout. I couldn’t get dust rock blues with forsaken. You also have devil ruin sidearm which you can’t get without shadowkeep.

Scathelocke is also top tier again. Bombardiers???!? In what universe are they better than dragons shadow or stompers?!? You chose one of the worst hunter exotics as an example lol. And most of my loadout is from The black Armory dlc, which is free btw.

I was giving examples of last seasons. Bombardiers aren’t a great example I will give you that. Your loadout is almost all weapons that you can’t get without pass or shadowkeep or forsaken. The game is pay to help you win period. If you can’t see that then I do t really know what to say.

I’m not sure if you know this or not, but the first 2 dlc are free, and the first season pass is also free. And literally 90% of the meta is from Black Armory And everything from last season sucks. It’s not better then the free stuff

I will tell you I had a terrible kd rating until I bought forsaken because I didn’t have access to many of the best weapons. My kd went from below 1 to well above 2. Reason is I gained access to better gear. Check out my kids thru the various seasons. I am an excellent example of how if you don’t pay you lose

I didn’t have bygones was, dust rock and several other advantages and got destroyers. Bought forsaken and kd went up drastically. Prime engrams give higher stats then season pass gear. This was changed in the last update And what catalyst progression?! That’s only for season pass exotics that no one uses. I don’t give a crap about your kd, doesn’t prove a thing. The free weapons are still better then whatever you paid for. Also, dust rock blues is free.
