The Y1 sets ate stuck that way.
There was a Y2 solstice armor which had a 2.0 version but the stat roll was lower then rare armor which was completely intentional and shows bungie disdain for players.
The common, rare and legendary versions of said armor should ALL be ornaments and the glows should be applicable but since bungie dint give af that wont happen anytime soon

WELLLLLLL... THAT BLOWZ I 100% agree that CERTAIN armor sets should be ornaments. im just curious what "GUARDIAN GAMES" is going to bring.... will we see and update to said armor hopefully with better stat rolls.
