Are you receiving an error in game preventing you from accessing missions?
As for your bunker, you need to purchase the first upgrade. It’s the javelin one in the middle of the top row.

I can’t get the mission I abandoned it cause I wasn’t able to purchase any upgrades or turn in any bits. Now I can’t relaunch it to try again

Yeah I talked to them and nothing popped up and there was no upgrade but now I don’t have the mission cause I abandoned it to relaunch but I can’t find where to launch it. Amanada doesn’t have it
