How are you so sure? And I just can't start a new.. I spent SO much time.. I had Unbroken, 12 flawlesses etc. Atleast 50+ clears on raids too...

Because they will only remove unjustified bans. If they have evidence of explicit cheat related software running at the same time as the game, then that's all they need to know it is a justified ban Appealing on the basis you put a lot of hours into the game is not any kind of defense. So you need to accept it
