You could try the ban appeal form.
Note.. while it does take guts to admit what you did you knew it was wrong.
Yes players cheat in any game not just Destiny but you sank to their level and got caught like a lot of them do.
Every day we see players complaining about being banned but in most cases they knew what they did was wrong and did not care until the ban hit them
Cheaters ruin games for others. It is bad enough to cheat on a single person game as you ruin the sence of achievement you get for playing and getting past that troublesome part of the game. But in online games mainly pvp you ruin it for others.
These forums are full of players complaining that their sometimes limited play time is ruined. Some even walk away.
Sorry but your chances are slim to none existent. You cheated and got caught.

I know I never should have cheated. And never will again. I'm asking for my account to be unbanned so that I can play normally on those characters. I felt such shock when I got banned, I regret doing it so so SO much and know I shouldn't have.. I really am trying my best to improve and will never use any kind of cheating software again

I have posted an appeal form, do you know anything abput how long it usually takes for them to reply? No one seems to answer on this question though..

They do not have to answer. You will also have to wait as you are posting outside of their business hours and they will most likely have a backlog of cases to review. More so as Bungie is doing a work from home policy for as many staff as possible at this time.

I've waited 2 days so far, and yeah I was Case 20100+ something, can't remember on the top of my head rn. They probably have a lot of files to go through, I'm just going to keep sending a weekly Ban Appeal I think, or is that too much? I heard they can also ignore you due to spam (but idk if weekly appeals count as spam for them..)

You can actually be banned from the forums for spamming as well.. There is a very good chance you will not get an answer and the results are final
