Yes and No. Its both the Community and Bungie's fault. Even then the community at fault are the bigger voices. The only group in the community that I know of that wanted everything in PvE to get nerfed or make activities less fun and harder to play so only they could play them would be the people who play the game as a job. Streamers, youtubers, etc. Mainly the toxic group. Bungie listened to them, Bungie rarely listens to anhthing on the forums unless is bug related or some other issue. Bungie should take a more active role in balancing out there game though, or actually making content for it rather than cosmetics to buy at the cash shop.

You are right; but if there’s a vast majority of people not enjoying part of a game and does not have the skill needed to do it and have no beneficial rewards then obviously a change needs to happen Sooner and not later. Trials should’ve been fixed by now but no they will come out with a fix 6 months from now and thats typical it’s always Been like this for D1 - D2. While most games are always changing and trying new things destiny does not and goes right back to its own vomit. Bungie does not need to listen to everyone but if all of the YouTube content creators for the game make the same videos about a broken mode and 96% of the viewers are in agreement in the span of 2 weeks... something needs to happen.
