Hi there,
Thanks for your report. All past campaign rewards were retired with the release of Shadowkeep and New Light on October 1 2019. Certain items can now instead be found via random world drops.

If you want I have a screenshot of my emblem collection. I understand this isn't exactly a game breaking issue, but it's still a bit of a shame that I can't have it anymore.
