It took them three weeks to even acknowledge it as an issue through any communications besides a copy-paste forum response. And then, their answer was to paste that response in the TWAB.
Bungie clearly isn't in any hurry to get us back into the game. Why would they be? We already paid up front.

Yup it sucks. I can play on my daughters acc with no issues on the same Xbox. Go figure. Hope they fix it soon.
