Choosing your loot would significantly cheapen the reason to run activities week to week. I mean, as it stands, I hit max cap week 3. I have no reason to run garden or nightmare hunts. Nightfalls got materials and the dungeon for deleting the piece of armor for prisms. That’s it. I’d laugh if they went your way and said “ok you can choose and there’s drop protection, but the pinnacle cap goes up 40 points instead of 10” it’ll be the same thing. If it’s doable in week 2/3 by the hardcores, then it’s doable by like week 10/11 by the average player. If you hit the cap earlier than week 10, good on you.
