Banshee can sell them weekly, but his mods are random so if you have none it will take a long time to get them. Especially if these season's mods get added to his rotation next season too.

Seasonal armor mods yeah. Not obelisk mods. The seasonal mods were charged with light by finisher/orb pickup and shield break.
