Hi there,
Characters who do not have the Trials of Osiris Weekly Challenge will be unable to earn powerful rewards from their 3rd, 5th, and 7th Trials of Osiris win this week. This issue is expected to be resolved next Friday, Apr. 10, at 10 AM PDT.

Why on earth was the tokens disappearing not deleted intermediately after this bug was found 3 WEEKS AGO? Like really, I've played for *hours and hours* trying to get to 3 wins, but no, cant turn in tokens.

@BNGHelp8 so whats meant to happen to the players that received the glitch cos for example i have over 140 tokens i farmed with friends and won 5 matches on the card and didn't receive any rewards is it and oh well to bad wait to next week where this will possibly happen again cos if so thats absolute BS thought trials wasn't meant to be half baked but yet your screwing over so many guardians, can we like keep our tokens that we grinded for? or is that too much to ask for???? psn xd-bevvy

Sorry Bungie, but I agree with the comments. The same happened to me just yesterday and I thought it was resolved in last update. This is a bad mistake for y'all, telling us something that was fixed and it's not. Hopefully you do consider giving rewards for those that shouldve goten rewards while playing trials or something. Also I think you should do something about the hunter cloak, I heard it doesn't even glow, like WTF.

Glad to see they care enough about our hours wasted to copy and paste the same aggravating answer instead of oh idk resetting the loot pool now so our tokens dont expire.... like how hard is that to do??? Thanks bunkie for letting the community down again last time I defend you guys...

@bungie this is absolute bs and you guys know it. I’ve been waiting patiently for the fusion rifle and helmet since I missed week one of Trials and of course you guys break the game with your hot fix and make it even worse than it already was... This game is shxt and most of us play it out of blind loyalty. So much has been wrong with this game lately that you have the communities full attention and not in a good way. I don’t wish you the best of luck because you guys deserve everything coming to you. We clearly see you don’t give a shxt about us!

This is terrible I have 3 wins and no access to use the Token or any loot for it! And you will take my tokens away. HORRIBLE!

Got a 5 win ticket saved in inventory. You should be able to retroactively give us the rewards.

Fix so we get the rewards retroactively. If not tha fix so that the weapons and armor at least gets unlocked in the loot pool.
