In one of Datto's videos he said he loved how in World of Warcraft (surprise surprise) some guy or something cut a planet in half with a sword, and players then played on the broken planet or something which spiced up the area. Since he's Luke Smith's boss and they both keep doing everything they can to turn it into another World of Warcraft, I wouldn't be surprised if it's already a done deal that the Almighty crashes into Earth and you have a "split Earth" with the D2 EDZ area and D1's Cosmodrome area. They can justify bringing back yet another premade D1 area, not have to create new content, call it a new season, and let's face it, they don't have any good ideas lately so I can see them stealing a WoW one. All they'd do is have a split Earth graphic on the Director map and you choose between EDZ or Cosmodrome. Put a horde mode event in the Cosmodrome or a new Obelisk with boring bounty grinds to level them up. Make a hype trailer showing cool stuff without mentioning that it's all exclusive to Eververse. Profit.

I do sometimes just to hear what he has to say. I don't necessarily dislike the guy, I just don't agree with his thoughts on the game at this point in time.

Really? Its rare to find someone on this forum who's satisfied with the current state of the game. I alway figured most people didn't like the current direction of the game and it's current state

I'm not necessarily satisfied, I just don't agree with his views on how to improve it. Not that I'm a developer or anything, but still.
