Its a pathetic excuse and nothing more. Because they know idiots will continue to pay for bottom of the barrel cheap content, just to feel like a special snowflake. This game has no future.

The incompetent decision-making, combined with the lack of even an iota of agility, is slowly killing this game.

I'm with you. They should have foreseen the blatant issues with the trials system and listened to feedback about bounty grinding back in Shadowkeep but instead they're too busy listening to a minority who said that snipers are too good for PvE and worked on that instead cause that was such an issue... They know their playerbase. They know that if there's a way to narrow down the loot pool to get what we want, we'll do it. They also should know that the vast majority hate the bounty grind and that more ways to grind exp and bright dust would make things better for everyone, even if not more bright dust. Hell it's not hard to think of ways to boost the exp grind either. Exp boosts for streaks in playlist activities, boom. There's 1 idea for free.

And when they do "fix" something it's just them saying they did, you can log into the game and immediately tell they haven't fixed shit.
