I have had the same issue for roughly 2 weeks... I am losing my patience and faith with bungie at this point as we are all falling behind with power levels and content. Especially when they are limited timed events. I get they are essentially "investigating in the blind" But look at the twabs and twitter. No mention of it. Only stuff mentioned is stuff that could easily wait for a bit.

  • This is inaccurate Twist. It has been mentioned in the blog update. And they have stated in the blog update that they are prioritizing the increase in crash error codes.

  • At the time of writing, not posting. It wasn't up yet.

  • Nobody has given me a good answer to this question. So maybe you can. What does it matter? They have consistently confirmed that they’re aware of it. What difference does it make if they put it in on Twitter or in the blog update?

  • Avaliablility? Can't spell right at times. Usually they'd post in on every platform to maximise the amount of people who will see it, removing one of them reduces the amount of people to see it. Plus they have stated they are listening and will communicate as much as possible. But when asked about progress or anything related the majority of the time the questions get dodged or avoided. That's pretty much it, some... People however take it too far and start insulting or harassing the devs due to anger and frustration

But it doesn’t help the investigation to make the information of “we are looking into” available on all platforms, does it... Let them do their investigations. People are going to be irritated regardless of how many platforms they post it to.

  • It does and doesn't. Does because there are some people in the community who have the necessary skills to deduce or help out. Plus it keeps the effected playerbases calmer and more patient. It doesn't effect their efforts at all and could actually help out a bit It doesn't help when people start throwing insults and harrasing them

  • Considering the circumstances, people are not going to be calm. So no, it’s not going to help alleviate that. People can’t really help when they have no internal knowledge of the system. Yes, it’s known that it’s database driven. Yes, it’s known that accounts link to database records. That’s about it. The player base can’t really do a lot in this circumstance.
