I think thats a good idea. Not necessarily requiring the season pass but any purchase (Forsaken or SK DLCs).

Nope. You can content share DLC like those to any account on your ps4/xbox. Not sure about PC though.

I know but not everyone enjoys the seasons while they have purchased Forsaken/SK. Its a fine line to walk here.

Agreed. Maybe bungie could detect content sharing anyway because season passes dont content share.
