You must have a bad connection and Bungie checked you out and found this to be the case.
Have you checked your connection? People are saying my connection is ok but after checking they are found to be at fault. Every man and his dog is using the internet at the moment. So if you are in a household in isolation and have phones, tablets, computers, consoles all attached to that 1 connection it is going to be a strain.
Below is a test if your up speeds are 4-5and [b]only you [/b]are using it you will be good. If however, it is 4-5 and [b]more [/b]people are using it then you will have a problem.
