Thanks for the TWAB and highlighting essential workers, it does bring perspective. However, back in terms of Trials, the token farming issue is one I would have liked to have seen a bit more information on. You stated there were many ways you could incentivise flawless and I know adept weapons will be the likely outcome in the long term but short term I think you’re losing the player base and I think newer players will be so burnt from this time around that a soft reset/relaunch won’t bring many people back. I went flawless in the first week and haven’t really pushed to do so again as I feel like it’s detrimental to me farming the shotgun. I token farmed week 2 and last week I played but so much more casually than the other 2 weeks as I just gave up on the hope of getting the loot I wanted. I think a route to a designated farm is needed as well as token adjustments with adept stuff coming when you can get to it.

Let us name and shame players already, especially if we have evidence that they're cheating. Who cares if we're blacklisting players? They deserve it, especially if they have to resort to cheating over skill in order to win. You're being complete hypocrites asking us to report players for cheating, only to ban the person who reported the cheater just because they're trying to help you out.

Make it worth our while to go against great opponents, play as a team, and sink hours into the playlist. We need to be able to choose our loot from the chest (so we can farm for the rolls we want), and there needs to be adept weapons. Without adept weapons, the loot gets very stale, very fast. Make the changes minuscule even, have celerity be an intrinsic perk, and give the weapons a small redesign.

Can we please have the ability to put the Crucible stats on all the emblems? You can put other stats on Crucible emblems so why not the other way around? We can still tell the difference because the banner on the side is red instead of green... or green instead of red, but not when its not on a Crucible emb... okay I'll shut up now. Just let all the stats go on all the emblems.

As if the guy who was flying (as a Hunter) shooting a "full auto" 1K voices with no need to reload raining death on everyone was caught... In fact, his profile is ALL CLEAR of factions except for Iron Banner and Crucible, which indicates that he probably uses a Smurf account for carries (in which he cheats)...

Here is a guide to essentials: -photo orders ARE NOT essential -single serve snacks are not essential -no one has any type of sanitizing products, please stop asking -you dont [i]actually[/i] [b][u]need[/u][/b] toilet paper, there are other options -groceried and meals [b]ARE[/b] essentials -stay 6ft back, for goodness sake -stop using cash, that is so disgusting to handle these days, if you have to then wash that mess so I can smell the soap -old people, please be careful for the elderly -those senior only shopping hours, if you are not a senior then stay away... I can't believe I have to kick people out, so dumb That's some "stay at home" etiquette.

Nothing but we hear you an your issues but dunno how to fix them so give us time, it's been 5 years you've had your time an your still making the same mistakes over an over ( trials of the nine is the same as trials of Osiris which was deemed by you not to work, yet you still added it back in its same format) we wanna see results or the player base will be back to CoO levels of this level of incompetence keeps up.
