@mrbird33 Please heed my advice, you must learn how to speak to others respectfully and check your tone with others. People can not read a person's intentions in the the manner of how they type. I'm aware that you've been here reading our complaints for the past (X) amount of Days/weeks but not everyone was dealing with this issue that long. The player whom you replied to has only been unable to sign in for the past 3 days. So please kindly remember that when you're addressing "Bungie's Costumers & player's" concerns. How "you" handle any situation or speak to the public/consumers/players and/or others can define a business rather you're a Volunteer or not. You said," you are here as a Volunteer, that you are here to be helpful in anyway you can. Well Guardian, I am asking you to please take my advice I've just given to you. The current Watercress issue is spreading across the XB1 player database like a wildfire, if they don't figure out the issue that is causing it soon; things in the Bungie help forums are only going to get worse. I've read your responses across the forum's and have sat in silence thinking to myself as I read several of them "Don't say anything Navy, he's been dealing with our complaints & requests for weeks now. He's just getting irritable and exhausted. Which is understandable... If you are irritable, exhausted or both then maybe you should listen to your own body and take a break from the forums for a few days. I'm not trying to be mean or ridicule you, far from it atm. I'm aware, understand & unfortunately have experiencein it. I know when a situation like this *several unhappy consumers getting even more frustrated, along with the amount of very angry XB1 player's not able to play that just keeps on growing by the day, as well as theirs and your irritability from reading/giving the same response day in and day out for weeks now* can cause a lot of irritability, frustration and exhaustion. I'm just saying that as you encounter us (the players) and respond to us as well, take a breath before you start to type, before you post your words try to read them as if you are the consumer and think of what you could possibly take from it the wrong way as you're trying to get your points & responses across. Js...
