You don’t have to raid every week.
I usually do them a few times, get bored, and never touch them again.

Only reason to raid would be for pinnacles. Stats on the gear and weapons suck of course. But would be nice to have it rotate at least for the pinnacles so one raid doesn't get boring on a weekly basis.
