Some users have been experiencing it for longer than that. They are aware of the issue and they’re investigating it.

I understand. But it’s been 2 weeks I’m a founder of a clan with 83 people you can fix your trials stuff but what about people like myself that can’t play. Should we all start looking for another game?

First off, I’m not a Bungie employee. Second, there are thousands of players being affected. To say that they dont care when you don’t have an understanding of the situation, internal conversations or their development roadmap is rather careless to say, especially coming from a clan founder. If you’re being affected by the issue, then you can’t play the game, obviously. If you choose to leave because of this issue, that’s your choice and yours alone.

So why do you reply and not some one from bungie. I posted so some one from bungie can answer me as well as others that have this issue.

Bungie has responded to each one of these threads with the same answer I gave you. I’m not sure what difference it makes.... The help forum is a public help forum where all of us can help each other out. Yes, the Bungie help staff is here to receive and respond, but sometimes other users can answer and help quicker. That’s what this community is about. Now, if you don’t like hearing it from me, that’s fine. It’s not going to change the fact that they’re still looking into it and are asking for everyone’s patience while they do.
