All of your links are for the DestinyTheGame /r. That’s a completely different /r than the “official” /r of Destiny2. The latter happens to be founded by a senior CM here and is still day to day moderated by him..., and other _bng employees. They are moderated Very differently. The /r you reference is the lighter moderation of the two. The other one would not even allow that post to remain longer than a second.

Understand, you’re correct. Lots of hyperbolic statements made, both sides of Destiny fence. One poster recently said: [quote]...400 upvoted is the most any post gets on here.[/quote] When during the remove cores pitchforking and also in the Remove Eververse periods of time, also during the XP being nerfed period there were individual posts with multiple thousands of upvotes and comments. Among other times.

Yes one of my own posts about the sad state of the game had around 960 upvotes, and not a single reply from bungie. In the past, certain posts did receive many upvotes, but recently 400 is the average top voted posts get, where reddit is in the thousands. Think it’s safe to say not many players use this app.

Agreed. It did surprise me wrt the “I miss ATVI” popularity over on that /r. I chuckled a bit. From an emotional view point, I completely understood and cheered along with Bungie when the separation occurred. My age, lol consequently pragmatic nature promptly kicked in and said: “oh crap, they can’t build worlds with ATVI as the publisher and marketer, using VV and HM to help with ShadowKeep, currently! How are they Ever going to do all of that, while simultaneously working on Destiny for the new consoles, a completely new IP in their platform pipeline, amid many other things without all that help? What we have now..., is exactly the result of their decision. Some of us saw it at the time, but truthfully the past is the past, it’s important only as an educational event. I’m more curious to see how Bungie handles this new environment bc..., imho seasonal content delivery just isn’t cutting it. It’s bare bones, based heavily on FOMO. And looks exactly like the season pass of my mobile games I play, lol.
