If you REALLY wanna know, get Destiny 1....
The [b]only[/b] superiority D2 has over D1 is in quality of life improvements and some additions like Gambit and Dreaming City, and other planets. Nothing more. You'd quickly realize that D1 has an identity and standards that are fixed and clear. D2 on the other hand, suffers from multiple identity disorder and is a sleazy, shameless money-grab.

D2 is dead! Quality of life, by adding D1 into it. That’s all Bungie does. Bungie put out Menagerie; it’s fun for one or two runs then you’re sick of the overwhelming enemies blindsiding you. Gambit, same thing. Junk, on and on. Who knows what you did in D1. You didn’t have fun? You limited your path, maybe.

I didn't say I never enjoyed D1, just that I didn't have fun a few weeks ago when I got back on it.

I would play D1 more but the population is a bit too low to do much. Even then, I’ve been having more fun with D1 than D2 whenever I play it, even though I’ve played it to death, and ran through the campaign 3-4 times

Wish they kept IB and ToO on auto reset like Nf, PoE and Raid.

It definitely is and you still get excited when you get a new exotic.
