Im not mocking you in any way when I say this, so pls dont take offence.
You play a couple of story missions and patrols once in a while, on one character. I don't expect anyone with that level of investment to understand what is going on when we say that D2 in its current state is a garbage fire. It would take way too long to explain.
I also dont expect anyone, not just you, to understand why we all still play this..because we ourselves don't understand it.

Soooo.... what you're really saying is: You don't have time to explain why you don't have time to explain? ✌ 🤣😂🤣😂 I'll see myself out now.
-
Youre running out of ideas. Are you Bungie?
-
About sums it up.

Hoping one day I’ll have a long awaited answer to that question.

What perfect clarity

Perfectly said

You are talking in absoluts like "If you were here at the start like us you would think the same". I've been here since Destiny 1 day 1 and think Destiny isn't that bad as everyone says since day 1.
because we ourselves don't understand it.
You can't talk for everyone nor the majority. The bungie forum community is just a tiny percantage of the actual playerbase and only consists out of people being unhappy.
You can't talk for everyone nor the majority.
I say that he CAN talk for everyone. Now what?

Edited by Trafalgar_Lou: 4/2/2020 1:10:57 PMHardly anyone uses these forums. But there are still posts on reddit etc with 17 thousand upvotes with players not happy. Considering the most active players recently have been around 40.000 PVE players (the lowest on tracker in a long time and has now been completely removed ironically) that’s actually pretty significant amount of players not happy. You and many others who are happy with the bare minimum and can see past the half baked content thanks to the gun play and a few good aspects will never bad word the franchise. The game is on one of its worst states. That’s FACT. Just look on reddit, look on YouTube and the forums. Just because you and some others still enjoy the game does not mean it’s in a good place. We’re on year 7 of destiny and bungie still don’t know what the game is or what they want it to be. That’s year 7 out of there 10 year plan for the game. 7 years of development and feedback and this is what we’re left with Slowest load times to date Riddled with more bugs than ever at one time No ritual weapons No new iron banner gear ( 3 seasons is a row) Trials content is 5 years old (all from D1) Still no vendor refresh No planetary vendor refresh (3 years) Weapon retirement announcement Broken season exotics (day 1 of season 10) Lag Hackers New public event consists of throwing a ball Bounty simulator Nerfs Lack of response from bungie Copy and paste seasons (bunkers are obelisks) Eververse stuffed with goodies Still no factions Can’t use mods in exotics Still on new strike loot. Scarlet keep still no rewards. 5 new scarlet keep themed exotic items in eververse this season alone. Gambit, crucible, vanguard. The three main activities in the game haven’t been updated since forsaken. A year and a half ago. The same lost sectors we have been doing for 3 years, with a new difficulty. The same strikes we have been doing for 3 years with a new difficulty. Iron banner, once one of destiny’s best game modes. Same old armour and no new weapons apart from a bow that’s been in the game files for two seasons and is a reskin hahaha I can’t understand why people don’t realise there playing the same content over and over and over just to do some bounties. Oh a new lost sector difficulty? Yea the same lost sectors you have done how many times? Countless. Bungie made 300 million in revenue in 2019 alone. Allot more than many companies. And the above is what we get in return even though we are still paying £10 per season. Continue to love the game all you want, just prepare for the inevitable disappointment. That’s the one thing Bungie never fail to deliver.
The game is on one of its worst states. That’s FACT.
That's the content of the bungie.net forum since Destiny 1 came out. You can pick a timestamp throw it into the google settings put in: "site:bungie.net Worst state of Destiny ever" and you'll find people writing that even back then.
just prepare for the inevitable disappointment. That’s the one thing Bungie never fail to deliver.
Every developer have disappointed people before that's absolutely normal. Only because you might get disappointed that doesn't mean that I have to as well.

Just don’t throw the seraph ball over the fence during S10s only activity...I mean public event, the neighbours won’t throw it back.
-
Of course not I payed $10 for this ball, it was expensive
