They are not complaining. They are thinking about their casual audience and adept their talking points. It's so funny how people whine about streamers while they are the ones usually taking YOUR positions. Not to mentions that getting matched with them is like seeing a Yeti humping the Loch Ness monster.
Most YouTubers would never dare to say what they really think and the few that actually have the ballz to talk shop (Upper Echelon or Darkside f.e.) get destroyed by the Casual Dad army.
So, NO, they are not complaining because THEY think that Trials is "flawed" it's because of you guys.
That's why they "understand" why there is matchmaking over connection. They think it's "okay" to have cheesy weapons and mechanics in PvP (One eyed mask, insanely powerful supers etc) and they will "apologize for being "negative" whenever they might actually have something unpopular to say.
THAT is the state of YouTubing and streaming these days.

They are only thinking about cannon fodder average or low skilled players to make their egos bigger to pub stomp on. Thats why they don't want sbmm or a separate que after going flawless that weekend.
