Definitely looks more SIVA-ish than Eliksni, but I think it’s just an Eliksni symbol. Who knows what it means, Fallen symbols are hard to understand.

It’s definitely the SIVA symbol, it’s just the painted jagged version the Devil Splicers used. Because they aren’t going to take out a ruler to mimic the clean Warmind iconography
