Services such as what you describe are against the Code of Conduct and always have been. I realize from an outside perspective it may appear we aren't doing anything about them because of the massive amounts of spam, but I assure you that they are removed on sight. I personally remove a few dozen of these posts each day and collectively it's much more. We just don't announce it each time. I encourage everyone to please use the report button to bring these to our attention, but as Kellogs mentioned please do not report their profile page unless there is something inappropriate with their user name, motto, etc. Please report the actual offending content so that we can find it.
