Iron banner quest progress

I am on the heat the barrels quest step and just won an iron banner match getting a Lot of SMG final blows but didn’t get any progress for the quest or any rewards for winning the match.

I'm adding my 2 cent. It's not working for me either. Completing on my third character and now it's not gaining progress after 19 smg kills.
