I think that unless targeted farming is implemented then people will still farm low wins even I incentivised to get streaks as they’d rather 5-0 than lose 4-5 higher up the card. I agree with your points but I don’t think your suggestions would fix it.

It might. The better player who could go on streaks easily would do it, which would keep the top tier players out of the bottom of the card for the majority of their time. That right there would be a welcome improvement.
