In-game silver is not refundable. Also, the devs stated that they have updated the game’s net code with new ports. So it’s entirely likely that you may need to review the network troubleshooting guides found on help.bungie.net and review your own network setup. A lot of us have been playing since the season started and have had no problems...

  • Is there any other way to buy the season pass than with silver? Seems like an easy out to be honest. I've never had issues like this with Destiny, and nothing on my end has changed. It was also mentioned in the March 19th TWAB as a known issue, so its clearly not something that is just me or my internet.

    No, it’s not, especially since they’ve added new measures to protect Trials as much as possible. There is no magic bullet to these issues. If you’ve followed the documentation to the best you can, then there’s nothing else you can do other than report it here and wait for them to work on it. And no, there isn’t. That’s why it’s an in game purchase.
