DLC issues
Dear sir
I bought the DLC Destiny 2: Shadowkeep last weeks 3/14 ,
but i do not receive the Season or silver coin,
I thought it was the little bugs, Maybe I will get it in next days , but i still not get it
i have been contact the Steam customer service , they can not help me to deal the problem,
Please help me as soon as possible , the issues has been bother me for a while。 Thanks you

2 RepliesNot sure if you really purchased it on 3/14, but the API shows you have an unlock of Season of Dawn which was the season prior to the current season. If you did not buy Season of Dawn separately then your Shadowkeep purchase was done prior to 1700 UTC on March 10, 2020 and thus the free unlock was applied to Season of Dawn.

3 RepliesWhen did you buy Shadowkeep. "Weeks" could mean you bought Shadowkeep in the last season which you would have got. Even if you bought Shadowkeep a hour 6 hours before the season reset you would have used your free season on last season of the Dawning.
